The rooms were tidy and the staff seemed quite friendly, especially during our late-night check-in! also, the breakfast voucher for next door was a delightful surprise.

Though my overall experience was good, I encountered a rather grumpy morning receptionist, rather off-putting!

arriving at a hotel that boasts a restaurant only to find it closed is just disgraceful! the room absolutely reeked, a smell so nasty it could only be described as offensive. Isn't a complimentary upgrade to a fresh room the least one could expect? almost thought about writing a good review, but then realized i just couldn't.
